Tips to keep in mind…

  • Make sure you allow yourself enough time for sleep as we discussed

  • The goal isn’t to fill all the boxes up or to reach 112 hours when added all up. It’s to look at our lives from an observational perspective, to highlight what is important in our lives, and to create time and space for those areas. It’s easier to say no when you have this in place.

  • You can attack this at a present day “this is where I currently spend my time” or a future “this is where I ultimately want to spend my time”. Either is effective and it can obviously change as well.
